January Picks

I've spent a ridiculous amount of time this week trawling through ASOS, checking out the sales and new arrivals. It's not only the range of brands that ASOS sells that draws me in, but rather that they're one of the easiest stores to buy petite clothing from. Deny it as much as you want it's a pain in the ass shopping when your limbs are half everyone elses size. Anyway, this is where most of my January picks have come from.

Nike Internationalist blue trainer

Starting off the year in comfort is probably the best way to hit 2015 in comfort. Ever since I have seen these Nike trainers I've been obsessed with them.

ASOS petite scubs skater dress with mesh insert

Little red dresses are easy to come by. It's when a designer takes a twist on these classics that turn them into fresh, modern pieces. Take a look at this petite skater dress with mesh inserts. Give it a week and you'll all be eagerly waiting for yours in the post.

ASOS petite cocoon coat in textured wool

Possibly one of my favourite finds this month. Camel wool coats have been dominating the fashion industry for a while now, but it's the mint green and baby blue newcomers that will take 2015 by storm. Perfect for the colder months (hello England) although paired with some neutral shorts perfectly acceptable for the rare nippy days in Australia.

Topshop blue leather holdall

Lust takes a physical form with this beauty of a bag. It;s versatile, bang on trend and not to mention practical.
Leather Holdall, £65 Topshop

Topshop petite grid print jersey coat

Recently I've become intrigued by geometric patterns and this coat by Topshop hits it dead on the mark. Before I had found a beautiful kimono on the website, which unfortunately I lost, however this poses somewhat of a comfort.

ASOS large face metallic watch

I've only recently delved into the watch fandom, after previously deeming the as useless. But they're more than an instrument for telling time, they can be a statement, they can be the accessory that brings your whole outfit together. I'm particularly loving the large faced ones with neutral colouring like this snow white watch from ASOS.
